We are an iGaming company founded over 4 years ago by a group of passionate professionals, and today we have grown to a team of 1000+ people! We have 10+ in-house brands that are hugely popular among clients and are targeted at Tier 1-3 countries.
Due to growth and development, we are looking for a Quality Manager.

Main Responsibilities:
-Evaluate the work of the department and managers in interactions with partners, including speed and quality of responses.
-Communicate with partners on service quality issues.
-Track task completion.
-Assess work efficiency, identify strengths and weaknesses, and determine the workload of managers.
-Evaluate the relevance of the database.
-Distribute tasks among employees.
-Process requests.
Candidate Requirements:
-Experience in the gambling industry.
-Quick responsiveness and ability to react swiftly to changes.
-Proficiency in English at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
-Ability to conduct quality audits and provide recommendations for quality improvement.
-Experience in managing quality improvement projects.
-Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with large volumes of data.
-Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in payment systems and financial services.
-Proficiency in English at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
Technical/Specialized Knowledge:
-Ability to build a KPI system.
-Understanding of the functioning and structure of payment systems, including their technological aspects.
-Implementation of new quality standards.
-Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
-Confident use of data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
-Experience with ERP systems and other corporate programs.
