RESPONSIBILITIES:
Define the architecture (information systems, technologies, integrations) for the bank projects and business areas;
Ensure that the architecture meets the functional requirements and characteristics, as well as the policies and standards of the bank;
Document the architecture, get approval from stakeholders, and then implement it with the team;
Analyze alternatives, make compromises, and make architectural decisions;
Ensure that the architecture portfolio meets standards and is kept up-to-date.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience as a Solution Architect or a similar role for a minimum of 2 years;
Skills in sketching, documenting, and structuring architecture diagrams;
Knowledge of project management;
Advanced proficiency in Romanian, Russian, and English;
Experience in the financial banking sector will be an advantage;
Knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF, DoDAF, etc.) will be an advantage;
Knowledge of reference models (BIAN, TMForum, etc.);
Knowledge of modeling languages and notations (UML, ArchiMate, C4Model).
