Senior marketing manager

How you will help:

Working with revenue team, you will help design and implement highly tactical marketing strategies to execute an aggressive growth plan. This is not a simple advertising gig - we will look to you to identify and utilize the best toolkits and channels for relevant campaigns, and to hold your work to the highest of expectations. You will be able to apply creative problem solving and must be able to prioritize your time efficiently without micromanagement from leadership. You’ll be expected to work in tandem with others to ideate and test solutions with consideration for budget, time requirements, and demonstrable ROI.

You are familiar with different marketing campaigns (preferably in banking industry)
You have a numbers-first mentality and utilize data in each step of your decision making to achieve maximum ROI 

You have familiarity with various marketing strategies such as social media, email, content, events, and advertising 

You are a Microsoft Office whiz and have a few tricks up your sleeve 

Must be highly self-motivated, a terrific presenter and communicator, and a tireless contributor.
Speaking Romanian, Russian and English language.
