Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with 4+ years of experience in the IT industry to help drive data-driven decision-making within our organization. You will work with large datasets, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights that support business and technical teams in optimizing performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present data findings effectively.
- Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to support data-driven decision-making.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and performance improvement.
- Assist in defining KPIs and metrics to track business and technical performance.
- Collaborate on predictive modeling and data forecasting when needed.

Your Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Google BigQuery, Snowflake, AWS Redshift) is a plus.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data interpretation techniques.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate complex data insights clearly.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
