Coordinate and dispatch reefer and dry van freight loads
Communication and negotiation skills
Communicate with drivers to provide load information and updates
Resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process
Previous experience in dispatching, preferably with open-deck freight
Organizational skills and attention to detail
