Four15 Digital is a rapidly growing growth agency based in Los Angeles and San Francisco California, USA. We are looking to open our first European office in Chisinau , and are seeking candidates who want to be part of a stable and growing company, and are excited about working with US-based agency clients. This role would report directly to our country manager, based in Chisinau.

This is an opportunity to get hands-on experience in Paid Search marketing and exposure to Paid Social, managing $200k+/month USD budgets for large and medium-sized brands.

You will learn and assist with the day to day management of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Linkedin Ads and Facebook Ads.

You will participate in daily tasks including, but not limited to:

* Advanced dynamic content, such as ad customizers

* Ad scheduling

* Ad Extensions

*  Best practices for implementation and optimization of

* Callouts

* Structured snippets

* Pricing

* Promotions

* Campaign Management & Optimization

* Optimization of Bids  and Bid modifiers

* Time of Day - Day of Week optimization

* Gender

Requirements

* Google Ads Certification or in the process of getting certified

* Proficient in MS Excel

* Proven high attention to detail

* Strong critical thinking, quantitative analysis and communication skills

* Detail-oriented with the ability to handle a multi-faceted task list

* High energy and a positive attitude with a teamwork mentality

* Perform other duties and projects as assigned

* Maintain a positive work atmosphere that strengthens the team

* Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions

* English fluency
