Motion designer

Bully! Entertainment is seeking a full-time motion designer to join our team. Candidates will be expected to execute high-end motion design, for clients across a range of digital platforms including web, mobile, VR, and installations, working with our concept artists to match the creative direction for each project. We are a multi-studio team collaborating on projects across continents, and good communication skills are a must for any applicant.

Responsibilities:
Create animatics that will be used to guide the rest of the production team.
Export assets in a variety of formats to be used in game production or in web distribution.
Work with our creative directors to rapidly iterate on designs.
Help define the direction of visual effects for our mobile and VR experiences.
Use a variety of communication tools to share work progress with the rest of the team, and be able to describe your process and work to our clients.

Requirements:
3+ years of industry experience creating impactful and attractive interactive design with multi-disciplinary teams.
A thorough understanding of motion design and film editing principles
Highly effective collaboration skills
Personal commitment to quality, attention to detail
Confidence with design communication tools
Effective, articulate design communication and decision-making skills
An online portfolio of work which conveys your capabilities
Expertise in After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator
Experience in 3D animation is a strong plus.
Capable of taking design and performance feedback extremely well. Eager to learn.
Ability to meet aggressive deadlines for multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
