Short description of the job:
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for coordinating the marketing activity and for developing the company's marketing strategies and policies.

Responsibilities:
* Constantly coordinates market research in the company's field of activity.
* Develops marketing strategies and marketing policies and ensures their implementation.
* Continuous monitoring of the market and competition to update and / or change the company's strategy and policies.
* Maintaining brand visibility through different campaigns and events.
* Develops pricing policies for products already on the market and new ones.
* Develop cross selling and loyalty policies for customers.
* Ensures communication of the marketing plan at all departments of the company.
* Making reports on macroeconomic developments, forecasts and their implications for organizational policy.
* Coordination of marketing activities.
* Writing the departmental documentation.

Requirements for candidates:
* Higher education, profile;
* Fluent knowledge of Romanian and Russian, English
* Experience similar in the field at least 2 years;
* Analytical and persuasive skills;
* Ability to set goals and their implementation;
* Energetic, pro active person;
* Excellent MS Office usage skills.
