Junior-Middle Manual Tester

VOLT is looking for a talented, ambitious and smart Manual Tester to join the growing team in our Chisinau office. This is an exciting role for those who are interested in accelerate their career growth.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze product requirements and specifications
• Execution of defined test matrix for product release
• Exploratory testing to identify new bugs and issues
• Investigation and reproduction of customer reported issues
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

Desired Skills & Experience

• You are diligent and very attentive to details
• Basic understanding of the testing life cycle
• Basic understanding of agile methodologies and of web/mobile services
• You are hungry to learn and grow professionally
• Ability to create and maintain existing documentation
• Must possess initiative, a positive attitude and the ability to work with a team or as an individual
• Proactive approach on a daily basis
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
• Strong organizational skills
• Studies in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field will be a plus
