Email marketing manager

SMW International a company settled in Chisinau specialised in webmarketing and direct marketing services commercialised under the trademark “funnelink.com”, with clients in France, Italy, UK and US open a position for an Email Marketing Manager.


Responsibilities:

- Organise email campaigns from start to end
- Manage and develop East Europe email marketing programme from planning campaigns, creating and editing email templates, manage targeting and segmentation, scheduling, editing and analyzing results;
- Manage monthly email calendar to document and schedule all email communications;
- Manage all metrics regarding e-mailing process, including: CTR, open rates;
- Manage a continuous, well planned and documented testing plan to continually improve performance of the email channel;
- Up-to-date all email best practices, monitor industry trends, and adjust accordingly the email campaigns;
- Maintain high quality and accuracy of email templates and email lists;
- Identify new ways to increase traffic, sales and new customers ready to buy from us.

Requirements:

- Relevant work experience in creating, scheduling, testing, and executing automated email campaigns;
- Familiar with current email best practices and CAN-SPAM Rules;
- Knowledge of HTML,CSS (basic PHP Knowledge will be a plus);

The candidate should be strongly motivated; he will be under the supervision of a senior developer. Proficiency in English or French or Italian is required. Students on their last year of scholarship can be evaluated.

Position is based in Chisinau and is remunerated with relevant salary, bonuses and benefits (insurance, special working hours settlement, IT and telecom furniture).
