Job Description

The right candidate will be able to prepare creative, persuasive messages to urge potential candidates to apply for a job position within one of the Companies mentioned above, to continuously post on website advertising, news, articles and other postings related to the industry.

Job Requirements

Copywriter should have a bachelors degree in communications, English, journalism, advertising, marketing or PR, any internships related to marketing industry or Master Degree will be appreciated;
Marketing copywriters should also be knowledgeable about their employers industry, services and business model or willing to learn the business model of the Companies mentioned above;
Copywriter will have to work with assorted computer software programs, word processing, entering data, conducting Internet research and keeping in contact with HR Managers and supervisors via e-mail;
Copywriter should be flexible, multitasking, open minded, acquisitive, responsible, hard working.

Job Duties

To create persuasive writing to promote job positions available within the Companies;
To create professional messages, posters for Social Media, Companies websites and other websites affiliated to the industry;
To grow groups with targeted potential candidates or potential customers on Social Media;
To send messages to potential channel partners to promote the services offered by the companies;
To create emails templates for employees, contractors, potential customers, channel partners or potential candidates according to their profile, also messages in LinkedIn format, Facebook format or any other social media websites;
Potentially to grow a website that will serve as a portal for candidates that want to apply for a job position;
Copywriter has to work with IT specialist to integrate the copy with graphic images, music and other visual and sound components;
Copywriter will meet the multimedia requirements in order to incorporate the copy with the visual elements;
Copywriter will be able to meet all the requirements and to complete them respecting the deadline.
