Content manager

DevelopmentAid is seeking a dedicated individual to join the Marketing Team as a Digital Content Manager. The main duty will be to add a stream of news from different sources to our blog.

Successful candidates are motivated, self-directed, and passionate about shaping the News Stream (blog).

Responsibilities:
Build and manage company’s news profile.
Share targeted content, relevant to our field of activity.
Explore new ways of engaging and identifying new information to reach our target audience.
Track, measure, and analyze all trends.
Monitor targeted development news portals, select the most relevant news and post them.
Collaborate with designers, create banners and images for the articles.
 
Qualifications:
Degree(s) in Journalism, English, or a closely related field and a minimum of two years’ equivalent work experience required.
Basic knowledge in social media marketing.
Attention to detail, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to multitask and perform well under constant deadlines with minimal supervision.
Able to work independently while displaying strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to communicate comfortably and knowledgeable with all levels of staff and management.
