HR-Consulting (www.search4staff.com) on behalf of its client, is looking for a highly professional candidate to fulfill the position of:
Brand Manager
Company:
Well known multinational FMCG company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for strategic brand management under supervision of Marketing Manager, to develop the brand strategies and plans in the annual planning cycle of Brand Review, Brand Plan
* Execute Brand Strategy in all mix elements: Portfolio, product and packaging quality standards; Managing price positioning of the brand; Brand communication campaigns.
* Participate in business related company meetings proactively contributing to their content: Brand Review, Brand Plan, meetings
* Proactively participate in market sensing, including industry and technology development, competition, consumer trends, macroeconomics, trade universe changes, media and promotional activity
Job Requirements:
* Track of success in big international or local brand stand-alone management (at least 3 years)
* Experience in FMCG Innovation/Marketing would be a plus
* Higher education
* Bright communicator (strong presentation skills, advanced negotiation and moderation skills)
* Proficient MS Office user
* Fluent English and Russian speaker
