Advertising operations manager

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Providing services for Clients (Advertising Agencies, after advertising agencies) in all areas and products of ADMIXER Advertising (Network, TradeDesk, Facebook, Inmoby and others).
2. Communication with representative offices of products and services.
3. Launch, control, closure of advertising campaigns. Providing maximum service (assistance in placing campaigns, editing banners, preparing proposals for customers, calculating volumes of products).
4. Reporting (at the request of the Client, internal weekly sales reports, monthly business reviews, quarterly, semi-annual, annual forecasts, internal financial reports, etc.), analysis of results, setting goals / objectives for the next steps. Analysis of the achievement of goals / objectives.
5. Workflow and financial reporting for campaigns, reconciliations with agencies / advertisers.
6. Analysis of placements in the network ADMIXER, TD ADMIXER and other services.
7. Participation in the optimization of internal and external processes (proposals for changes in approaches to working with advertising agencies, proposals for improving internal tools for administering Clients, others).

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION:

- Higher education.
- Moldavian / English / Russian language fluent, competent speech.
- Knowledge of the digital market, key indicators, skills in Internet planning
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel), in GMP tools, Facebook and other international products.
- Skills in working with international partners.
- The ability to work in tight deadlines while providing a quality product.
