What you’d be Doing:
- Act a lead point of contact and proponent for any and all matters relating to your client
accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting, trusting client relationships
- Identify and work with cross-functional internal team to identify and implement initiatives for
increasing client revenues and improving overall performance
- Work towards attaining quarterly revenue targets and meet or exceed these goals
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our services
- Attend industry events and leadership forums
- Provide constant input and market feedback in order to fuel product innovation
What we’d like you to have:
- English B2 level
- 1+ years of experience in programmatic account management
- Understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Very strong customer relationship skills, ability to develop, grow and manage client
relationships
- Proficient with Google Suite, Google Analytics, Excel / Google spreadsheets and task management tools
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at at time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Experience delivering client-focused solution to meet customer needs
- Team player with excellent listening, communication and presentation skills
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, ambitious, and passionate
