AdCenter is a Digital Marketing agency based in Chișinău, established in 2013, working with big local and international brands.
Account Manager position is the key executive position in the agency which works with 3 main stakeholders: client, team & external suppliers.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for owning the client relationship for AdCenter customers, both local and international including:
- Involved in customer recruitment from early stages;
- Owns contract management process for it’s clients;
- Lead strategies & plans pitches for the client;
- Understand and evaluate constantly customer needs to provide with long and short terms strategies and plans;
- Demonstrate initiative. Promote innovation to the client in terms of: projects, tools, content, strategies;
- Acting as a client advocate. Provide feedback and ask for feedback on the client-agency relationship with the goal to improve ways of working and customer satisfaction;
- Identify gaps and opportunities in client’s digital knowledge and use agencies resources to improve it;
- Responsible of day to day communication and problem solving.
2. Responsible for owning the project management process across departments to provide clients with needed business solution:
- Briefing process from the client to the team;
- Lead strategies development process with the team;
- Identify and provide with consulting expertise from the team on needed client issues;
- Lead Media Placement plans development & approval with client;
- Lead Content Creation and approval with the client;
- Control Media Placement plans implementation;
- Lead timely delivery of reports & analysis agreed with clients;
3. Responsible for budgets forecasting for next periods;
4. Responsible for accurate and timely invoicing of the customer and involved suppliers;
5. Responsible for building relationship and negotiations with external suppliers of services.
The ideal candidate must have:
- A basic background in marketing, understanding of stages and implication of customer journey;
- A good understanding of the digital marketplace, digital channels, formats and of how digital media is traded;
- Strong communication skills. Must be demonstrated by experience in project management and day to day communication. Romanian and English languages proficiency. Russian is optional;
- Strong analytical skills demonstrated by experience;
- Substantial experience of building pitches and presenting to business audiences;
- Proficiency with MS office suite (Excel, Power Point);
- Desire to learn and demonstrate results.
