• Support the Project Manager in ensuring qualitative and timely performance of work according to the project contract (planning, general management), in compliance with ICH-GCP, ARENSIA SOPs, as well as national and international regulations.

• Support the clinical team with data entry in the electronic CRF (e.g., Lab reports, ECGs, Vital Signs), ensuring that all data is entered accurately and in accordance with the specified requirements.
• Assist the project manager with follow-up actions of trial monitoring (status, query resolution, query, tracking, except for clinical queries.)
• Assist to archiving study documentation, ensuring all records are appropriately stored and maintained according to regulatory requirements and SOPs.
• Conduct and document Quality Control (QC) steps (Source Documents as well as filling as essential documents) and follow up on QC for resolution with the trial team, if required per site.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager to support the successful execution of the clinical trial.
