Ideal Candidate
- Experience in HR from 1 year;
- Knowledge of basic HR processes (recruitment, adaptation, staff development);
- Knowledge of different methods of search and selection of personnel;
- Experience of closing vacancies;
- Active life position, responsibility, sociability;
- English level B2 and higher;
- Experience with outsourcing companies will be an advantage.
Job Description
- Search and recruitment of personnel;
- Formation of the company's staff reserve;
- Analysis of the labor market and salary;
- Participation in staff adaptation programs.
