VIP manager’s responsibilities:
- Managing life cycle of different player segments, VIP and Pre-VIP players preferably, churn prevention and reactivation.
- Request and manage content requests for VIP banners and email communication.
- Manage improvements of players journey across behavior, preferences, and risk
- Audit of VIP campaigns before launch and analysis.
- Propose and execute casino campaigns from idea generation, planning and briefing to evaluation, reporting & optimization.
- Manage private mailing used to push casino campaigns.
- Сheck reviews about the project on important portals ( Askgamblers, Trustpilot, etc ).
- Ensuring that new promotions and features are communicated to the player base on private mailing.

Requirements:
- Min 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Experience in IGaming sector.
- Knowledge of online casino/ betting customers.
- Be customer-oriented and be able to find a balance between the player and the project.
- Experience in creating and executing VIP promotions, monitoring their success.
- Stress resistance.
