We are opening our operational office in Moldova and looking for great talent. We are hiring for position of Recruiting/Customer Success Manager in IT



Key Responsibilities

Communicate via email or phone with the customers overseas
Manage the relationship with both the suppliers and customers
Negotiate the best price with the suppliers
Asses the suppliers candidates, recruit the best talent for the customer
Coordinate with sales staff to clarify project parameters, time and budget
Ensure high-quality control

Knowledge:

Technical knowledge of the programming languages is preferred
Confident level of English language
