REQUIREMENTS:

Full time work. We will not tolerate laziness.
Fill in our data sheet and send daily reports for us to track your work.
MINIMUM WORK GOALS:
Scout at least 2 applicants PER MONTH who sign contracts.
Have at least 10 applications submitted PER MONTH. MORE IS MUCH BETTER.
At least 2 applications must be approved by our management team and sign a talent contract.
We expect RESULTS within the first 30 days of starting scouting.
Successful scouts who show us the best performance are highly rewarded.
WHO AM I SCOUTING?
You are scouting for attractive (model) type people who would match working as a social media influencer / model. They do not need experience as models. They do not need existing social media accounts. They need to read and type at least basic English or have someone who can help them translate at home.
Our company invests into hard working good looking people to turn them into Social Media Talent. Many will not become superstars, so we need a lot of applications!
