Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Marketing experience;
- Practical knowledge of online marketing, including social media;
- Proven knowledge of Romanian and English - minimum level B2;
- Working skills in Microsoft Office, and Google Drive. (Figma, Jira is an advantage).
Responsibilities:
- Contribution to the establishment of the company's general marketing strategy and its implementation;
- Creation of complete marketing strategies;
- Planning and ensuring the delivery of strategies with appropriate tactics;
- Identifying the most advantageous forms and channels of promotion;
- Maintaining existing pages;
- Social media analysis of competitors;
- Developing a global content strategy;
- Creating and posting content;
- Reports creation based on the results;
- Testing new strategies, content, and campaigns and analyzing results in order to improve marketing effectiveness;
- Creating and managing marketing budget;
- Ensuring permanent control of processes for all related expenses.
