Internet marketing manager( 700 eur+%)

International company in the RM is looking for a Online Marketing Manager

Main requirements:
Obligatory:
- Experience in Online Marketing in Social Media Marketing and Paid Media Marketing
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in the Russian language!
- Good written and oral communication skills in English
- Knowledge of current and ability to learn latest trends, technologies and tools (KPI, ROI, CRT, CPC, CPA, Remarketing, Jira, Google analytics, Yandex Metrics, any CMS, any CRM). Understanding of graphic design, web design, production, etc
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
It’s considered to be an advantage:
- Basic knowledge of HTML, Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, good sense of humor

Key responsibilities:
- Servicing the needs of your existing customers
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Establishing and expanding customer base
- Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products
- Keeping up to date with market trends, products and competitors
- Collaborate with online agencies and other affiliates and partners
- Develop and manage the affiliate network
- Identifying and recruiting new affiliates
- Monitoring and reporting on competitors marketing campaigns and promotions
- Plan and execute marketing activities, based on the results of previous campaigns and latest trends using, email, social media, landing pages, remarketing tools, banners, brandings, graphic and video content
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
