English market: sales associate

Essential Qualities and Requirements for FX Broker (Sales Associate):
Experience isn’t essential; however any experience as a Sales Executive / Sales Broker / Sales Trader would be beneficial.
A strong interest in trading the financial markets.
The ability to communicate effectively across all levels and work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
An ambitious and confident personality.
The ability to work independently, as well as part of a team in a highly professional manner.
A good telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
Fluency in English is a must.
The drive and ambition to succeed.
Good computer literacy including experience using the Internet, Microsoft Office, Excel and Email.

Primary Responsibilities for FX Broker (Sales Associate):
First call to new and prospective clients
Second call follow up, qualification for the prospect to become a company client
Increase market knowledge - newspapers, websites etc
Data input on the company’s database
Any other tasks (administrative or otherwise) that the company can reasonably expect you to complete as and when required.
Explaining products and assisting clients with their first trades.
Verbal, Written and Email correspondence with prospects.
