Who are we looking for:
We are growing our digital team and you'll have a key role that connects it all together. It is a client-facing role and your mission is to drive "client success" by drafting scenarios to achieve the client's goal. And then see your work come to life by managing the team's resources and time.
Responsibilities:
* Handle the communication between the client and your team.
* Strategize and plan the execution of the campaigns.
* Define the KPI’s and monitor the team’s performance.
* Coordinate the delivery of creative assets.
* Develop a close relationship based on trust and empathy with the clients.
We’re looking for a team player, who learns from mistakes and from others around. We also value the ability to receive and share constructive feedback.
Preferred qualifications:
* Previous experience and a good understanding of paid media channels: Google search & display, Facebook ads, DV360, Programmatic, CRM.
* Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance through tools like Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica, Data Studio, Hotjar.
* Experience with data processing tools like MS Excel, Google Sheets.
* Strong presentation skills through PowerPoint or Google Slides.
* Very good writing and speaking in: Romanian, English, and Russian is a welcomed extra.
