Customer Consultant Representative

Lufthansa – leading European airline is running ninth customer contact centre in Brno. We are looking for new team members for our growing business.
For our announced position of Customer Consultant Representative - English and one of a Central and Eastern European language is required. More of them is advantage.
Position requirements:
Excellent knowledge in one of the following languages:
Polish, Russian, Bulgarian, Romanian, Serbian, Croatian, Hungarian

- English is a must
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of PCs
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- Stress tolerant

Job description:
Customer Consultant is handling telephone calls regarding flight connections, flight reservations, providing services in the area of bonus frequent flyer programs, telephone check-in, sale of tickets and a lot more.
