CONSUMER AND MARKET INSIGHTS MANAGER

Job Description:
In order to determine what consumers think about a brand or product, companies bring in market insight managers who poll target markets and discover just how to connect consumers with a brand.
You will be expected to evaluate current and future opportunities and challenges for the business as a whole. You will consolidate insight from various sources, have day to day ownership strategic marketing intelligence projects and provide everyday analysis (promotional activity, demand planning, forecasting et al)


Requirements:
• Plan, manage, and conduct research and analytical projects.
• Developing and executing qualitative and quantitative research for products in all stages of the Product Life Cycle.
• Direct and organize research activities to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget.
• Perform and present beer market analysis on monthly basis with trends per region, channel, and brand.


Our Ideal Candidate
You will be an experienced market, consumer insight and trend insight specialist, ideally in FMCG company. A natural analytical thinker with proven ability to extract data from numerous sources and supply manageable insight to the business. You must have experience in with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation. You will be motivated by digging deeper to find trends and insight.


Required knowledge and skills:
• Education: Economical studies, preferably with a degree in marketing.
• Experience: 4-6 years on a similar position, preferably in a multinational FMCG company.
• Language skills: Fluent Romanian, English and Russian.
• Computer skills: MS Office.
• Competences:

 Strong analytical and organizational skills
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Flexible, strong team player
